Ethnopharmacological Relevance: Hyperthyroidism is a prevalent clinical endocrine disorder. Danggui Liuhuang Decoction (DGLHD), a traditional Chinese herbal medicine formula, has shown potential benefits for patients with hyperthyroidism in recent studies. However, the clinical efficacy and safety of DGLHD have not been systematically evaluated.

Hypoxia, as a prominent feature of the tumor microenvironment, has a profound impact on the multicomponent changes within this environment. Under hypoxic conditions, the malignant phenotype of tumor cells, the variety of cell types within the tumor microenvironment, as well as intercellular communication and material exchange, undergo complex alterations. These changes provide significant prospects for exploring the mechanisms of tumor development under different microenvironmental conditions and for devising therapeutic strategies.

However, the causal relationship between them remains unclear. This study aimed to assess the causal effect between T1DM and PTB using bidirectional Mendelian randomization (MR) analysis.

Background: RNA methylation has emerged as an active research field in diabetes mellitus (DM) and its complications, while few bibliometric analyses have been performed. We aimed to visualize the hotspots and trends using bibliometric analysis to provide a comprehensive and objective overview of the current search state in this field.
Methods: The articles and reviews regarding RNA methylation in DM and its complications were from the Web of Science Core Collection.
In-stent restenosis (ISR) after carotid artery stenting (CAS) critically influences long-term CAS benefits and safety. The study was aimed at screening preoperative ISR-predictive features and developing predictive models. Thus, we retrospectively analyzed clinical and imaging data of 221 patients who underwent pre-CAS carotid computed tomography angiography (CTA) and whose digital subtraction angiography data for verifying ISR presence were available.

Mammogram benign or malignant classification with only image-level labels is challenging due to the absence of lesion annotations. Motivated by the symmetric prior that the lesions on one side of breasts rarely appear in the corresponding areas on the other side, we explore to answer a counterfactual question to identify the lesion areas. This counterfactual question means: given an image with lesions, how would the features have behaved if there were no lesions in the image? To answer this question, we derive a new theoretical result based on the symmetric prior.
