Chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) is a cancer in the bone marrow caused by the proliferation of granulocyte cells at all the maturation stages. Late diagnosis of CML decreases the patient survival rate, makes diagnosing CML is mandatory before entering the blastic phase. CD 19 is an important target for CML and is effectively utilized for therapeutic and diagnosis purposes.
