The poor prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is still an urgent challenge to be solved worldwide. Hence, assembling drugs and targeted short peptides together to construct a novel medicine delivery strategy is crucial for targeted and synergy therapy of HCC. Herein, a high-efficiency nanomedicine delivery strategy has been constructed by combining graphdiyne oxide (GDYO) as a drug-loaded platform, specific peptide (SP94-PEG) as a spear to target HCC cells, sorafenib, doxorubicin-Fe (DOX-Fe), and siRNA (SLC7A11-i) as weapons to exert a three-path synergistic attack against HCC cells.

Purpose: Contrast-induced acute kidney injury (CI-AKI) is the third most common cause of hospital-acquired AKI. However, there is a paucity of efficacious interventions for the management of CI-AKI. Here, we aim to investigate the effects of JQ1 in CI-AKI and provide theoretical data and a  foundation for  novel ideas for the clinical treatment of CI-AKI.

Purpose: Ibuprofen is the first of the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) to be used in the clinic. Our aim was to explore the pharmacokinetics (PK), bioequivalence, food effect, and safety of oral ibuprofen sustained-release capsules by two sponsors in healthy volunteers (HVs).

Methods: Two separate randomized, open-label, single-dose, crossover-design studies were conducted: a fasting study (n = 24) and a fed study (n = 24).

Voriconazole is a first-line medicine for treating invasive aspergillosis. We aimed to evaluate the bioequivalence (BE) of voriconazole injection in Chinese healthy volunteers (HVs). In this single-center, randomized, single-dose, 2-cycle, fasting-dose BE study, HVs (n = 24) were 1:1 divided into 2 groups (test [T]-reference [R] and R-T) and received 6 mg/kg of voriconazole intravenously with a 7-day washout.
