Objective: To investigate the signature genes of fatty acid metabolism and their association with immune cells in pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).
Methods: Fatty acid metabolism-related genes were obtained from the GeneCards database. In this retrospective study, a PAH-related dataset was downloaded from the Gene Expression Omnibus database and analyzed to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs).

Objective: To study the possible role of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) of Huangqi (Radix Astragali Mongolici), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae), Jinyinhua (Flos Lonicerae), and Lianqiao (Fructus Forsythiae Suspensae) in absorption of lung lesions in Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) patients.
Methods: A cohort of COVID-19 cases was recruited. During hospitalization, chest computed tomographic (CT) scan and real time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test were performed every three days.
Objective: A triple combination of interferon (IFN) α-2b, lopinavir tablets, and umifenovir was used to treat COVID-19 patients. It is important to explore whether the benefit of this therapy is time dependent.
Methods: A cohort of moderate COVID-19 patients ( = 54) was admitted for hospitalization.
Objective: Over 90% of the COVID-19 patients with computed tomographic (CT) manifestations showed radiological improvement on dissipating stage. Cases with refractory pulmonary infiltration were discussed in this study.
Methods: During hospitalization, chest CT scan and reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test were repeatedly performed.
Objective: A cluster outbreak of patients with similar symptoms and computed tomographic (CT) images of COVID-19 were diagnosed with leptospirosis. This study was aimed to identify the clinical difference between leptospirosis and COVID-19, providing evidence for strategy optimization.
Methods: A cohort of leptospirosis patients were collected and compared with age- and gender-matched COVID-19 cases in the epidemiological investigation, chest CT scan, laboratory tests, and length of hospital stay.
