Dataset auditing for machine learning (ML) models is a method to evaluate if a given dataset is used in training a model. In the present study, we demonstrated that under a standard differentiation protocol HBP1 expression fluctuates with down-regulation in the mitotic clonal expansion (MCE) stage followed by up-regulation in the terminal differentiation stage in both 3T3-L1 and MEF cell models.
