Our experimental study showed that METTL3 was highly expressed in NSCLC cells and promoted the growth of tumor cells. METTL3 takes N6-methyladenosine (m6A) as the main means of mRNA modification to control the expression and function of RIG-I-MAVS signalling pathway. RIG-I-MAVS constitute the first line frontier in the innate immune defense of human cells.

This research study aims to investigate the mechanism of downregulated RNA in cancer (DRAIC) on cell proliferation and migration in HSCR.
Methods: Quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was used to detect the expression of DRAIC in HSCR bowel stenosis tissues and normal colon tissues.
Introduction: Neuroblastoma (NB) is the most common solid tumor in children. Studies showed that long-chain noncoding RNA (lncRNA) HCP5 played an important role in tumorigenesis, but its role in NB remained unclear. This study aims to determine the role of HCP5 in NB and its possible molecular mechanism.

In this study, we analyzed the expression level and role of miRNA-186-5p and Eg5 in neuroblastoma and neuroblastoma cell lines SHSY-5Y, Kelly, NBL-S and SK-N-AS. Results of Real-time PCR and immunohistochemistry showed that the expression level of Eg5 in tumor tissues was higher than that in tumor adjacent tissues, while miRNA-186-5p expression level in tumor tissues was lower than that in tumor adjacent tissues.
