Manganese-based alloys with the composition MnFeZ (Z = Si, Al) have been extensively investigated in recent years due to their potential applications in spintronics. The MnFeSi alloy, prepared in the form of ingots, powders, or ribbons, exhibits either a cubic full-Heusler (2) structure, an inverse-Heusler (XA) structure, or a combination of both. In contrast, the MnFeAl alloy has so far been synthesized only in the form of ingots, featuring a primitive cubic (β-Mn type) structure.

The percentage of P and T components in the composites was variable, i.e.

Methods: Multidirectional lactation counseling was implemented from March to November 2023 by the Human Milk Bank Foundation in cooperation with UNICEF Refugee Response Office in Poland. Medical data were collected using questionnaires prepared for the study.
Aim: Our objective was to systematically assess the prevalence and clinical features of adverse events related to interactions between cannabinoids and psychotropic drugs through a retrospective chart review.
Methodology: 1586 adverse event reports were assessed. Cases included in the analysis showed a high probability of a causal relationships between cannabinoid-psychotropic drug interactions and adverse events.
Introduction: Schizophrenia (SZ) and bipolar disorder (BD) share common clinical features, symptoms, and neurocognitive deficits, which results in common misdiagnosis. Recently, it has been suggested that alterations within brain networks associated with perceptual organization yield potential to distinguish SZ and BD individuals. The aim of our study was to evaluate whether functional connectivity (FC) of the dorsal attention network (DAN) may differentiate both conditions.

Anhedonia is also present in other clinical populations, including patients with chronic pain. Recent data links anhedonia to insulin resistance (IR).

The effectiveness of this approach is limited by a significant delay in the therapeutic mechanism and self-perpetuating growth of treatment resistance with a consecutive number of ineffective trials. A growing number of studies suggest that drugs targeting glutamate receptors offer an opportunity for rapid therapeutic effect that may overcome the limitations of monoaminergic drugs.

Methods: The sample included 58 patients with bipolar depression aged 18-65 years. The participants were assessed using the following scales: Dimensional Anhedonia Rating Scale (DARS), Snaith-Hamilton Pleasure Scale (SHAPS), Quick Inventory of Depressive Symptomatology- self-report (QIDS-SR), Biological Rhythms Interview of Assessment in Neuropsychiatry (BRIAN), Functioning Assessment Short Test (FAST).
Available data shows associations between chronotype, circadian rhythms, sleep quality and fibromyalgia (FM) presentation. However, no studies have explored links between the chronobiological variables and effectiveness of pharmacotherapy. We aimed to assess the chronotypes, circadian rhythms, sleep-wake cycle and sleep quality in FM and their links to treatment response to serotonin and noradrenalin reuptake inhibitors (SNRI).

The latest data highlights the role of insulin resistance (IR) in major depressive disorder (MDD) pathophysiology, presentation, and treatment efficacy. This work aimed to assess IR in MDD and explore the relationships between IR, MDD presentation and non-response to selective serotonin and noradrenaline reuptake inhibitors (SNRI).

Affective temperaments are trait-like features which were observed to be stable in time and predispose to mood disorders. The purpose of this study was to examine relationship between schizotypal features, affective temperaments and anhedonia in patients with bipolar depression.

However, about 50% of MDD patients do not achieve treatment response to SSRIs and there is little evidence on which drugs are effective as second-line treatment in those who do not respond to SSRIs.
Methods: In this work, the data of 79 patients with MDD were analyzed to evaluate the effectiveness of trazodone XR in the group of individuals treated de novo and those switched to trazodone XR after failed treatment attempt with SSRIs.
Mood disorders are highly prevalent and heterogenous mental illnesses with devastating rates of mortality and treatment resistance. The molecular basis of those conditions involves complex interplay between genetic and environmental factors. Currently, there are no objective procedures for diagnosis, prognosis and personalization of patients' treatment.

Moreover, several studies show that psychiatric disorders may be linked to the severity and impact of FM. Therefore, the study described in the article had two main goals: (1) to explore various psychopathological symptom dimensions in patients with fibromyalgia and secondly, (2) to examine the links between psychopathology and response to treatment with serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRI).

Among 916 medical records of schizophrenia patients, we identified 12 individuals treated with a combination of those drugs for a duration of 3-60 weeks [median 32 (10-40)]. Clinical Global Impression-Improvement (CGI-I) scores were used to measure the treatment response between the introduction of cariprazine augmentation of clozapine and the last point of observation.

Despite their effectiveness in reducing depressive symptoms, several issues are associated with their use in MDD, such as limited improvement of anhedonia, emergence of emotional blunting, induction or exacerbation of insomnia, and sexual dysfunction. Due to its also devoid of the issues related to treatment noted with SSRIs.

A total of 1,816 reports of adverse events were evaluated. Cases were included in the analysis if the pharmacoepidemiological analysis showed the presence of a high probability of a causal relationship between an adaptogen and antidepressant interaction and the occurrence of adverse events.

This study aimed to verify whether those previously observed deficits may be captured by a new version of the ambidextrous serial reaction time task (SRTT), prepared for use in the MRI.
Methods: This study involved 186 participants.
Objective: The treatment of fibromyalgia (FM) often offers only partial pain relief. Among the most effective drugs for FM pain are serotonin and noradrenalin reuptake inhibitors (SNRI). Few studies investigated the affective temperaments and personality features in FM.

The ferroelectric components of the composite are materials with the following chemical formulas: PbFeNbO (PFN), Pb(FeNbMn)O (PFNM), and Pb(FeNbMn)O (PFNM), while the magnetic component of the composite is the nickel-zinc ferrite (NiZnFeO marked as F). The crystal structure, microstructure, DC electric conductivity, and ferroelectric, dielectric, magnetic, and piezoelectric properties of the multiferroic composites are performed.
