- The study aimed to investigate how various bleaching products affect the diffusion of hydrogen peroxide (HP) and their biological effects on human dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs).
- Different exposure times of the bleaching gel (15, 30, and 90 minutes) were tested on enamel/dentine discs, and the effects on cell viability, migration, and morphology were assessed.
- Results showed significant reductions in cell viability, especially with shorter exposure durations, while DPSCs preserved their stem cell characteristics despite exposure to varying bleaching agents.
