Background: The goals of reconstruction have progressed from filling a defect to enhancing function and aesthetic appearance. We aimed to achieve better aesthetic and functional outcomes in terms of shoe fitting and mobility. This is accomplished via a classification of the subunits and aesthetic considerations of the lower limb.

We explore the dynamics of a tuneable box-trapped Bose gas under strong periodic forcing in the presence of weak disorder. In absence of interparticle interactions, the interplay of the drive and disorder results in an isotropic nonthermal momentum distribution that shows subdiffusive dynamic scaling, with sublinear energy growth and the universal scaling function captured well by a compressed exponential. We explain that this subdiffusion in momentum space can naturally be understood as a random walk in energy space.

The study aims to describe the clinical profile and longitudinal outcome, including the utility of vibration-controlled transient elastography (VCTE), in children with NAFLD at a single tertiary liver unit in Singapore.
Methods: Retrospective review of patients aged 0-18 years referred for NAFLD from 2003 to 2020 was conducted.
Male infertility (MI) and male sexual dysfunction (MSD) can often coexist together due to various interplay factors such as psychosexual, sociocultural and relationship dynamics. The presence of each form of MSD can adversely impact male reproduction and treatment strategies will need to be individualized based on patients' factors, local expertise, and geographical socioeconomic status. The Asia Pacific Society of Sexual Medicine (APSSM) and the Asian Society of Men's Health and Aging (ASMHA) aim to provide a consensus statement and practical set of clinical recommendations based on current evidence to guide clinicians in the management of MI and MSD within the Asia-Pacific (AP) region.

Establishing a clinical education track as part of a radiology residency is essential in shaping future radiology educators. Many obstacles will be encountered while starting, maintaining, and improving these educational pathways. Hurdles may include recruiting suitable residents for the track, recruiting and supporting faculty advisors, sustaining long-term resident engagement, counteracting educational exclusivity, and providing adequate time and financial support.

Special topics surveyed for the 2021-2022 academic year were procedural competency and virtual radiology education in the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to summarize the 2021-2022 ACR chief resident survey.

Only a few systematic reviews and meta-analyses (SRMAs) have evaluated the impact of VR on sperm concentration, total motility, and progressive motility, mostly using a before-after analytic approach. No SRMA to date has evaluated the change in conventional semen parameters after VR compared to untreated controls.

Purpose: The success of vasectomy is determined by the outcome of a post-vasectomy semen analysis (PVSA). This article describes a step-by-step procedure to perform PVSA accurately, report data from patients who underwent post vasectomy semen analysis between 2015 and 2021 experience, along with results from an international online survey on clinical practice.
Materials And Methods: We present a detailed step-by-step protocol for performing and interpretating PVSA testing, along with recommendations for proficiency testing, competency assessment for performing PVSA, and clinical and laboratory scenarios.

Antisperm antibodies (ASA), as a cause of male infertility, have been detected in infertile males as early as 1954. Multiple causes of ASA production have been identified, and they are due to an abnormal exposure of mature germ cells to the immune system. ASA testing (with mixed anti-globulin reaction, and immunobead binding test) was described in the WHO manual 5th edition and is most recently listed among the extended semen tests in the WHO manual 6th edition.

Introduction: Primary adrenal insufficiency (PAI) presenting in the neonatal period can be life threatening and requires early recognition, diagnosis, and management. PAI due to adrenal hypoplasia (syndromic/non-syndromic) is a rare disorder. MIRAGE is a recently described syndrome with PAI and multisystem involvement.
