The Covid-19 pandemic has taken its toll on health care teams faced with deaths and hospital overcrowding. Some caregivers suffered from vicarious trauma. Analyzing the impact of this trauma, its inclusion in a context of tension, fatigue and increased lassitude, is imperative in order to propose adjusted care.
