Woringer-Kolopp disease, also known as pagetoid reticulosis, is an exceedingly rare variant of mycosis fungoides. Accurate diagnosis and effective treatment is essential to prevent progression to debilitating disease. We identified 7 patients with Woringer-Kolopp disease treated at our institution.
