Introduction: Latino parents have significant knowledge gaps and misconceptions about fever. In this study, we explored Latino beliefs and practices around fever and its impact on their care decisions.

The purpose of this review is to describe the factors that influence Hispanic parental management of common childhood illnesses. A systematic search of PubMed, PsycINFO, and Cumulative Index of Nursing and Allied Health Literature was conducted.
