Aims: The field of conduction system pacing (CSP) is evolving, and our aim was to obtain a contemporary picture of European CSP practice.

Methods And Results: A survey was devised by a European CSP Expert Group and sent electronically to cardiologists utilizing CSP. A total of 284 physicians were invited to contribute of which 171 physicians (60.

Background: Radiation is one of the main hazards of electrophysiological device implantation, and insertion of cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) devices in particular is associated with high radiation doses.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of a new ultralow-dose radiation protocol on radiation doses, success rate, and safety of electrophysiological device implantations.

Methods: In 2018, we established a new ultralow-dose radiation protocol (reduced pulse width, increased thickness of minimum copper filters, reduced detector entrance dose, reduced pulse rate, optimized image postprocessing settings) for de novo device implantation at our hospital.

Background: More extensive ablation strategies for the treatment of atrial fibrillation (AF) have increased success rates but are associated with new and sometimes serious complications. We describe a new complication after extensive radiofrequency (RF) ablation in the left atrium (LA) for persistent AF.

Methods And Results: Electroanatomic guided circumferential ablation around both ipsilateral pulmonary veins (PV) was performed with the endpoint of complete conduction block.
