We identified 216 patients with orthopedic hardware infections, of whom 42 (19%) later had relapsed infection. Chronic suppressive antimicrobial therapy beyond 12 weeks was not significantly associated with lower odds of relapse.

Incarcerated people living with HIV (PLWH) could potentially benefit from expanded access to HIV care through telemedicine.
Methods: All PLWH who were incarcerated within the Tennessee Department of Corrections and received care through the HIV telemedicine clinic at Regional One Hospital between 5/1/2019 through 2/28/2022 were identified from the electronic health records (EHR).
Background: Progression along the HIV care continuum has been a key focus for improving outcomes for people with HIV (PWH). Transgender women with HIV (TGWWH) have not made the same progress as their cisgender counterparts.
Methods: All PWH identifying as transgender women receiving care at our clinic from 1/1/2015 to 12/31/2019 were identified from the electronic health records (EHRs) using International Classification of Diseases (ICD) codes.
