Purpose: To report the clinical presentation, treatment course, and outcome of a case of bilateral frosted branch angiitis (FBA) and neuroretinitis associated with acute Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection in a pediatric patient with Turner Syndrome.
Methods: Case report with multimodal ocular imaging and extensive systemic workup.
Results: A 16-year-old female with Turner syndrome presented with acute bilateral vision loss, hearing loss, and ataxia.
To report the clinical and anatomic outcomes of a single-stage rescue and sutureless 30-gauge needle-assisted transconjunctival intrascleral fixation of dislocated 3-piece rigid poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) intraocular lenses (IOLs). This retrospective noncomparative single-surgeon interventional study comprised eyes that had concurrent 23- or 25-gauge pars plana vitrectomy and IOL rescue with sutureless transconjunctival needle-assisted flanged haptic intrascleral fixation. Lamellar scleral dissection for haptic fixation was performed 3 mm posterior to the surgical limbus with 30-gauge needles.

Methods: This was a consecutive case series with cohort control involving patients with RRD repair from January 1, 2013, through December 31, 2017. Patients received PTx (PTx cohort) or no PTx (No-PTx cohort) in fellow eye with 5-year follow-up.

Background And Objectives: Describe risk factors, findings, and outcomes of acute endophthalmitis (AE) following small-gauge pars plana vitrectomy (PPV).
Patients And Methods: This was a retrospective single-center, nonrandomized study of post-PPV AE patients from 2013 to 2021. All received vitreous biopsy before treatment.

Purpose: Although conjunctivitis represents the most common ocular manifestation of COVID-19 infection, sight-threatening retinal involvement has been reported. Herein, we report and characterize with multimodal retinal imaging 5 cases of acute vision loss secondary to presumed chorioretinal vasculopathy temporally associated with COVID-19 infection with varying severity, visual morbidity, and treatment response, and review the available literature on the association between COVID-19 infection and retinal microvascular changes.
Design: Observational case series and literature review.
Purpose: Develop treatment algorithm for acute endophthalmitis (AE) following cataract surgery.
Methods: Retrospective single-center, non-randomized interventional study involving patients with AE divided into cohorts according to our novel scoring system, the Acute Cataract surgery-related Endophthalmitis Severity (ACES) score. Total score ≥3 points indicated need for urgent pars plana vitrectomy (PPV; within 24 hours), whereas <3 points indicated urgent PPV was unnecessary.
Purpose: To compare patients with acute endophthalmitis after intravitreal injection of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) inhibitors vs. steroids.
Methods: Retrospective single-center, nonrandomized interventional study from 2013 to 2021.
Treating MS has been difficult. One successful drug is Ocrelizumab (anti-CD20), used for the chronic relapsing MS (RMS) and the progressive MS (PMS) forms. TH40 cells are pathogenic effector T cells that increase in percentage and numbers during chronic inflammation.

The purpose of this study is to validate this taxonomy. We hypothesized that there would be at least moderate agreement, regardless of the observers' background.
