Puffy fingers and Raynaud's phenomenon (RP) are important clinical predictors of the development of systemic sclerosis (SSc). Respiratory tract infection with pneumoviruses (PVs) and paramyxoviruses (PMVs) are increasingly associated with chronic lung allograft dysfunction (CLAD) in lung transplant recipients (LTRs).
