Background: The knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for clinical research professionals (CRPs) are described in the Joint Task Force (JTF) for Clinical Trial Competencies Framework as a basis for leveled educational programs, training curricula, and certification. There is a paucity of literature addressing team science competencies tailored to CRPs. Gaps in training, research, and education can restrict their capability to effectively contribute to team science.

Sézary syndrome (SS) is a rare and aggressive leukemic variant of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, with a median overall survival (OS) rate of 2-4 years. Few studies have described the clinical outcome of SS patients since 2012. Myasthenia gravis (MG) is an autoimmune neuromuscular junction disorder sometimes observed in hematologic malignancies as a paraneoplastic syndrome. T-cell Large Granular Lymphocytic Leukemia (T-LGLL) is a rare lymphoproliferative clonal frequently associated with autoimmune disorders. Here we report two patients with T-LGLL who developed MG.
