Introduction: COVID-19 has increased parental stress and significantly impacted the psychological well-being of individuals, especially parents of school-age children. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy posits that individuals can accept their unchangeable inner experiences (thoughts and feelings) while acting in ways aligned with their personal values, demonstrating effectiveness in reducing stress and improving psychological well-being, especially among parents of children with chronic illness. This study aimed to test the effectiveness of a group-based ACT, delivered flexibly, in improving stress and psychological well-being in parents with school-age children, regardless of their children's chronic conditions, within a real-world context.

In this study, we investigated the role of GATA4 in shaping the immune landscape of HCC.
Methods: HCC tumor samples were classified into "low" or "normal/high" based on GATA4 RNA expression relative to adjacent non-tumor liver tissues.
Objective: To develop consensus-based algorithms for genetic testing in patients with common craniofacial conditions.
Design: An online collaborative consisting of online meetings, independent work, and feedback across groups. A collaborative of genetics and pediatrics providers from three regional craniofacial centers (four institutions).
Objective: Currently, little is known about the mechanism(s) regulating global and specific protein translation during metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH; previously known as non-alcoholic steatohepatitis, NASH).
Methods: Unbiased label-free quantitative proteome, puromycin-labelling and polysome profiling were used to understand protein translation activity in vitro and in vivo.
Results: We observed a global decrease in protein translation during lipotoxicity in human primary hepatocytes, mouse hepatic AML12 cells, and livers from a dietary mouse model of MASH.

Background: Chylothorax can be classified into traumatic and nontraumatic based on the etiology. Nephrotic syndrome is a very rare cause of nontraumatic chylothorax in adults.
Case Presentation: A 66-year-old woman with membranous nephropathy who was non-compliant with her management, presented with dyspnea, and was found to have a large right sided chylothorax.
Background: Cancer caregivers are more likely to report clinically significant symptoms of insomnia than cancer patients and the general population, yet research has been limited regarding cognitive-behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) among this population.
Methods: To better understand cancer caregivers' engagement with and benefit from CBT-I, cancer caregivers were enrolled in a nonrandomized pilot feasibility trial of an evidence-based Internet-delivered insomnia program. Thirteen caregivers completed mixed-methods assessments prior to receiving the insomnia program and after the nine-week intervention period.
A classical emulsion formulation based on petrolatum and mineral oil as the internal phase with emulsifier wax as a typical topical emulsion cream was investigated for the effect of process parameters on drug product quality and performance attributes. The Initial Design of Experiment (DoE) suggested that an oil phase above 15%, coupled with less than 10% emulsifying wax, resulted in less stable emulsions. Different processing parameters such as homogenization speed, duration, cooling rate, and final temperature showed minimal influence on properties and failed to improve stability.
