Background: Hand dermatitis associated fingerprint changes is a significant problem and affects fingerprint verification processes. This study was done to develop a clinically useful prediction model for fingerprint verification in patients with hand dermatitis.
Methods: A case-control study involving 100 patients with hand dermatitis.
Objectives: To determine the prevalence of fingerprint verification failure and to define and quantify the fingerprint changes associated with fingerprint verification failure.
Design: Case-control study.
Setting: Referral public dermatology center.
Background: Psoriasis is an immune-mediated, chronic, inflammatory skin disease which affects approximately 2% of the world's population. It has a major impact on the patient's quality of life (QoL), influencing career, social activities, family relationships, and all other aspects of life. Many studies have described the various ways in which psoriasis can affect a patient's life.

We report a case of systemic diffuse large B-cell lymphoma presenting with extensive infiltration of the skin. A 56-year-old woman presented with a two-month history of pruritic erythematous plaques and nodules over the neck, trunk and upper limbs. She also had night sweats, weight loss, lethargy and reduced effort tolerance.
