Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the third cause of cancer-related death and the fourth most frequently diagnosed cancer across the globe. The objective of this study is to obtain novel and effective diagnostic markers to enrich CRC diagnosis methods. Herein, exosomal miRNA expression data of CRC and normal blood were subjected to XGBoost algorithm, and 5 miRNAs related to CRC diagnosis were primarily confirmed.

This study aimed to research the regulatory function of circ_0003998 in 5-Fluorouracil (5-FU) resistance. Circ_0003998, microRNA-513a-5p (miR-513a-5p) and AMPK-Related Protein Kinase 5 (ARK5) levels were assayed via the quantitative reverse transcription-PCR.

In this study, we are going to investigate the effect of nano carbon combined with anatomical sorting on the detection rate of lymph nodes (LNs) in gastric cancer (GC) along with the analysis of the correlation between LNs detection rate and patients' prognosis. The clinical data of patients undergoing radical gastrectomy in Shanxi Bethune Hospital, Shanxi Academy of Medical Sciences, Tongji Shanxi Hospital, Third Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from January 2018 to January 2019 were examined retrospectively. According to whether they adopt nano carbon tracing and specimen sorting method, patients were divided into nano carbon and control groups.

The Gant-Miwa-Thiersch (GMT) procedure is the most used treatment in China. However, the recurrence rate of FTRP post-GMT, which is as high as 23.

CNOT proteins comprise a family of global transcriptional regulators that are evolutionarily conserved in eukaryotic cells. Several subunit types of the CNOT complex have been discovered; however, little is known about the role of different subunits in tumorigenesis and development.

Natural killer (NK) cell resistance has been suggested as a primary cause of poor prognosis in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), which seemingly correlates with CNOT7 overexpression. CNOT7, a cytoplasmic mRNA deadenylase that is highly expressed in HCC, may regulate cytokine transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) secretion by controlling nuclear factor-κB subunit p65 trafficking.

However, the use of these cells in clinical practice has been demonstrated to be challenging.
