The HIV epidemic in Indonesia is one of the fastest growing in Southeast Asia and is characterised by a number of geographic and sociocultural challenges. Can large language models (LLMs) be integrated with telehealth (TH) to address cost and quality of care? A literature review was performed using the PRISMA-ScR (2018) guidelines between Jan 2017 and June 2024 using the PubMed, ArXiv and semantic scholar databases. Of the 694 records identified, 12 studies met the inclusion criteria.

Article Synopsis
  • The detection of leaks in time series flow systems is essential for optimizing industrial processes, especially when water demand patterns vary.
  • A novel method using a genetic algorithm (GA) is proposed to identify optimal sensor locations for leak detection, considering factors like flow patterns and leak characteristics.
  • This GA-based approach, termed GA-Sense, adapts over time to improve leak detection accuracy and efficiency compared to other techniques.

A cross domain multistream classification is a challenging problem calling for fast domain adaptations to handle different but related streams in never-ending and rapidly changing environments. Notwithstanding that existing multistream classifiers assume no labeled samples in the target stream, they still incur expensive labeling costs since they require fully labeled samples of the source stream. This article aims to attack the problem of extreme label shortage in the cross domain multistream classification problems where only very few labeled samples of the source stream are provided before process runs.
