University is a time of significant transitions during a young adult's life, with delayed and shortened sleep and poor mental health a common occurrence. This systematic review and meta-analysis examined the effect of both multi-component and single-component sleep interventions on improving university students' sleep and mental health. Five databases (MEDLINE, PsycINFO, Embase, CINAHL and Cochrane Library) were searched for relevant literature published until April 2022.

Content and Validity of Claims Made about Food Parenting Practices in United Kingdom Online News Articles.

The objective of this study was to qualitatively summarise the content of online news articles pertaining to food parenting practices and determine whether this content is substantiated by the scientific literature. News article data were identified and collected from United Kingdom online news published during 2010-2017 period using the News on the Web corpus. A coding framework was used to categorise the content of news articles to identify information related to food parenting practices.

The current research examines the relationships between mothers' experiences of the ways in which they were provided food as a child, their current eating behaviours, and their use of coercive food parenting practices with their own child. Life Impact and Treatment Preferences of Individuals with Asthma and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease: Results from Qualitative Interviews and Focus Groups.

Introduction: The impact of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) on individuals' lives may be substantial, yet clinical practice often focuses only on symptoms. We aimed to better understand the perspective of asthma or COPD patients and to identify condition-related burden, life impact, priorities, unmet needs, and treatment goals.

Methods: Individuals aged at least 18 years with asthma or COPD were identified by a recruitment panel via clinical referrals, support groups, consumer networks, and a patient database.

An exploration of obese pregnant women's views of being referred by their midwife to a weight management service.

Midwives have previously reported concerns about discussing and referring obese pregnant women to weight management services, with some women stating that this referral can be upsetting. The current study interviewed obese women who had declined a weight management service during pregnancy to explore if it was the referral process that made them decline the service. Fifteen women participated and reported that being informed about and referred to a service by their midwife was acceptable to them.
