[Modified dithranol minute therapy of psoriasis vulgaris].

A modified application of 1% and 2% dithranol was tested in 63 psoriatic patients. There were no differences in efficacy between a very short application time (on/off) and that of 5-10 minutes tried on symmetrical lesions. On the whole, higher concentrations of dithranol (2%) were more effective with both short and longer application times.

[Hereditary congenital hypotrichosis, Marie Unna type].

Two patients with hereditary hypotrichosis congenita are reported. The family was affected in five generations. Our patients belong to the same family Marie Unna originally investigated.
