[Magnetic dipole interaction of endogenous magnetic nanoparticles with magnetoliposomes for targeted drug delivery].

Dynamics of magnetoliposomes binding to the tumor cells and the efficiency of their recognition for targeted drug delivery is largely determined by physical interaction. In this paper we assess the strength of magnetic dipole interaction that occurs between endogenous magnetic nanoparticles in tumor cells and exogenous magnetic nanoparticles as a component of magnetoliposomes, and compare it with the forces of specific binding of the antigen-antibody complex. To assess the strength of magnetic dipole interaction the model of chains of identical particles was used, and an order of magnitude, 9(-10) N, was obtained.

There was made an aberrometry of new IOL with changeable refractive surface. Different power of silicon oil inside the lens become changes in it refractive power. So, in this way we made three types of IOL refractive power: 17,5 D; 20 D; 22 D.

The article presents an observe of such parts of military medicine as intensive aid and operative treatment on the place of case, contestation against infectious diseases, preservation of psychic health, medical and social rehabilitation. Were lighted successful activity of military physicians during liquidation of Chernobyl accident (1986), earthquakes in Armenia (1988), railway accident in Bashkiria (1989) and other accidents. Experience of military medicine (particularly using medical units of special purposes) was used in proving of conception of medicine of accidents, and in organization of medical supply of troops in armed conflicts of restricted scale--in effectuating of antiterrorist operations in Northern Caucasus (1994-1996, 1999-2002), in effectuating of peacemaking operation in Kosovo (1999-2003), natural disasters.

[Malignant vulvar soft tissue myoepithelioma].

The authors describe a case of malignant vulvar soft tissue myoepithelioma in a 41-year-old woman. Microscopically, epithelioid and spindle cells were located in the myxoid stroma. Tumor cells co-expressed pan-cytokeratin, EMA, and cytokeratin 18, vimentin, protein S100, and smooth muscle actin.

[Organizational principles of prophylactic medical examination quaility control in the Armed Forces].

The authors suggested new organizational and methodical approaches to a prophylactic medical examination (PME) and its quality control. There were distinguished and analyzed organizational and medical aspects of the profound medical examination (PrME) and dynamic observation (DO). The process of planning, interaction and analysis of PME results as well as the importance of the medical-and-statistical indices as indicators of PrME and DO quality were described.

[Modern ideas about the mechanisms of gunshot injury formation (Report 2)].

The results of experimental study of circulatory acute phase response to the gunshot trauma have shown that triggering of pathologic cascade defined as the traumatic shock is attributed to the free radical concentration created by the wounding projectile in the damaged tissues due to injury sphere formation. So the further study of etiology and pathogenesis of combat pathology is required, the results of which will permit to improve considerably the quality of medical aid rendered to the wounded and casualties.

Periodization of occurrence and application of the Russian Armed Forces medical support organizational principles is presented. [Modern ideas concerning the mechanisms of gunshot injury formation (Communication 1)].

The affect of gunshot small arms depends on the weight, speed and moment of projectile's inertia, which determine the trajectory of its movement in the object's substance and the degree of braking characterizing the fullness of energy transmission. The experimental investigations on animals show that the mechanism of tissue lesion during the gunshot injuries has a very complex character and includes both the projectile's direct effect and initiation of some physical phenomena leading to significant tissue damage distally from the wound canal.

[Guarding the interests of justice].

The article is devoted to the history of creation and formation of forensic medical examination in the Red Army. The difficulty in formation and topical of activity of army, front and district forensic medical laboratories are emphasized. The orderly structure of expert institutions created during the years of the Great Patriotic War allowed to lay the scientific and methodical foundation of activity of the forensic medical examination in the Armed Forces.

[System of indicators and criteria for assessing the economic effectiveness of military treatment and prevention facilities].

The development of approaches to evaluation of the activity of military treatment-and-prophylactic institutions (TPI) is very important for the structural reorganizations in the RF MD departmental health service, for detection of "the zones of irrational use" of the resources and factors of servicemen' medical support organization. The authors propose the model of using the economic-and-mathematical and statistical methods of information processing concerning the TPI activity that permits to evaluate the possibilities of current modelling of activity indices for TPI ranging. They also show the importance and variation of activity efficiency evaluation in order to construct the horizontal relations at the "market" of medical services.

[The state and perspectives of medical support for Armed forces of Russian Federation].

Critical analysis of the state of medical support of military district and navy staff allowed the specialists from Military Medical Headquarters to reveal 6 main problems of military medicine and to determine the ways of their solution. The models of territorial military medical infrastructure taking into account the prognosis of possible development of local wars and armed conflicts are worked out. The attempts to form the face of field hospital of the future became more effective.

[Vital lines of improving the system of eco-hygienic safety].

Trends in the quality of social and professional health are one of the key indicators of ecological safety for population. Consideration is given to the problems of prevention of the adverse consequences of bad ecology to health of various groups of population. The authors propose development of an eco-hygienic system that would include a whole set of research, management, methodical, and certification activities, means and services.
