Successful delivery following cryopreservation of zygotes produced by in vitro matured oocytes retrieved from a woman with polycystic ovarian syndrome-like disease: a case report.

Purpose: To estimate frozen zygotes, which developed from in vitro matured oocytes retrieved from polycystic ovarian syndrome-like disease.

Methods: Oocyte retrieval was performed on Day 15 following withdrawal bleeding. The oocytes were incubated for 24 h in TCM-199 maturation medium supplemented with follicle fluid, E2, FSH, and hCG.
