Background: Dentin hypersensitivity (DH) is a common condition caused by exposed dentinal tubules, often requiring treatment with desensitizing agents. This in vitro study conducted at Narayana Dental College and Hospital (Nellore, AP, IND) between January 2022 and March 2022, aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of two desensitizing agents, SDI Riva Star (SDI Ltd., Bayswater, VIC, AUS) and Gluma Desensitizer (Kulzer, Hanau, DEU) in occluding dentinal tubules and their long-term durability following simulated brushing.

Objective: This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of Moringa oleifera as a natural crosslinker in improving the clinical success of resin-dentin restorations.
Method: A double-blind, controlled, randomized clinical trial was conducted in accordance with Consolidated Standards of Reporting Trials (CONSORT) guidelines, with 50 adult participants with initial carious lesions (ICDAS 4 and 5) enrolled.
Background: Irrigating solutions used for the elimination of microorganisms during root canal preparation affect the chemical and physical properties of dentin, thereby rendering the tooth more prone to fracture. Therefore, the careful and judicious selection of irrigant is required which has maximum benefits with minimum undesirable properties.
Aim: The study aimed to compare and evaluate the effect of Chloroquick with composition of 18% etidronic acid+ 5% sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) with other irrigants such as Triphala, NaOCl, and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) on the microhardness of root canal dentin.
Aim: The objective of this randomized clinical trial was to clinically evaluate the incidence of postoperative pain after root canal treatment in symptomatic irreversible pulpitis of multirooted teeth using two different instruments design rotary file systems, namely, Protaper Next (PTN) and V taper 2H (VT2H).
Materials And Methods: In this prospective randomized clinical trial, 60 patients with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis of multirooted teeth, indicated for root canal therapy, were randomly assigned to two groups according to instrument system used, namely, PTN and VT2H. Root canal treatments were performed in single visit.
Introduction: Diagnosis of pulpal inflammation is a key to endodontics. Pulse oximetry is a true vitality testing device which relies on oxygen saturation levels of pulp and helps in diagnosis of different pulpal conditions.
Aim: The aim of the study was to analyse oxygen saturation levels of different pulpally inflamed teeth by using pulse oximetry.
Objectives: To compare and evaluate the clinical symptoms and radiographic evidence of periapical healing after endodontic treatment of teeth with periapical pathology when completed in one-visit or two-visits with ApexCal paste at 3, 6, and 12 months.
Materials And Methods: A total of 57 patients requiring root canal treatment on 64 single rooted teeth with periapical pathology preoperatively were included. The teeth were assigned randomly into two groups and treated according to standardized protocol.
