Introduction: Osimertinib (AZD9291) is a third-generation epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitor that has shown significant clinical benefits in patients with EGFR-sensitizing mutations or the EGFR T790M mutation. The homologous recombination (HR) pathway is crucial for repairing DNA double-strand breaks (DSBs). Rad51 plays a central role in HR, facilitating the search for homology and promoting DNA strand exchange between homologous DNA molecules.

We report the case of a 72-year-old woman with a fish bone-induced granulation tissue in the gastric wall that was initially diagnosed as a submucosal tumor by panendoscopy. High-frequency endoscopic ultrasonography identified the linear calcified fish bone embedded in a heterogeneous mass.

A novel transport system, with directly modulating community antenna television (CATV) signal downstream and phase-remodulating radio-over-fiber (ROF) signal upstream, is proposed and experimentally demonstrated. By modulating multi-carriers CATV signal in amplitude domain and ROF signal in phase domain, a single optical wavelength is able to serve these two applications simultaneous. To be the first system of communicating CATV signal downstream and phase remodulating radio signal upstream, the performances of transmitting CATV and radio signals over 20 km single-mode fiber (SMF) were experimentally verified.

A full-duplex radio-over-fiber transport system based on a direct-detection scheme is proposed and demonstrated. In this approach, the rf power degradation induced by fiber dispersion can be avoided for downlink transmission within the base station zone and for uplink transmission, even as the optical carrier and two sidebands are transmitted. A data signal of 70 Mbps/10 GHz transmitted over an 80 km single-mode fiber transport for both downlink and uplink with a low bit error rate (<10(-9)) and high spurious-free dynamic range (>100 dB/Hz(2/3)) values were achieved.
