Vaccine hesitancy is a significant obstacle to the prevention and control of coronavirus disease 2019, especially among people with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) in developing countries like Malawi, where HIV prevalence rate is high and limited data is available on severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) vaccine hesitancy among people living with HIV (PLHIV). This study was conducted among people aged ≥18 years at Mpemba health center, Blantyre. All PLHIV were interviewed using a structured questionnaire.
