Purpose: Patients diagnosed with High Grade Gliomas (HGG) generally tend to have a relatively negative prognosis with a high risk of early tumor recurrence (TR) after post-operative radio-chemotherapy. The assessment of the pre-operative risk of early versus delayed TR can be crucial to develop a personalized surgical approach. The purpose of this article is to predict TR using MRI radiomic analysis.

We aimed to compare the safety and efficacy of 2 thrombectomy first-line approaches, direct aspiration (DA), and combined technique (CT) in patients with DMVOs.
Methods: We conducted a retrospective review of a prospectively collected multicenter database of patients with DMVOs (at or distal to M2 and A1), who underwent mechanical thrombectomy with JET D reperfusion catheters between January 2020 and December 2021.
Background And Purpose: Stroke has been described as a COVID-19 complication. However, its occurrence rate, risk factors, and causal relationships are still not well established.
Methods: We describe the characteristics of confirmed COVID-19-related strokes among all cases of COVID-19 hospitalized in our health network, from November 1, 2020 to April 30, 2021.
Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD) is a rare, fatal disease presenting with rapidly progressive neurological deficits caused by the accumulation of a misfolded form (PrPSc) of prion protein (PrPc). Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a primarily respiratory syndrome caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2); many diverse neurological complications have been observed after COVID-19. We describe a young patient developing CJD two months after mild COVID-19.

Methods: Retrospective observational study comparing 48 FGR and 36 appropriate for gestational age infants born between 26 and 32 weeks' gestation who underwent a cerebral MRI at term equivalent age.
Purpose: The aim of the study was to verify whether ultrasound (US)-guided preoperative localization of breast lesions is an adequate technique for correct and safe surgical resection and to contribute positively and effectively to this topic in the literature with our results.
Methods: From June 2016 to November 2016, 155 patients with both benign and malignant breast lesions were selected from our institute to undergo US localization before surgery. The lesions included were: sonographically visible and nonpalpable lesions; palpable lesions for which a surgeon had requested US localization to better evaluate the site and extension; sonographically visible, multifocal breast lesions, both palpable and nonpalpable.
