Introduction: The current study aimed to examine the moderated mediation between perceived social support, the deviant behavior of new street corner youth on campus (NSCYC), interpersonal needs (as a mediator), and meaning in life (as a moderator).
Methods: A total of 596 new street corner youth on campus were investigated using the Deviant Behavior Questionnaire, Perceived Social Support Scale, Interpersonal Needs Questionnaire, and Meaning in Life Questionnaire.
Results: The findings showed that: (1) perceived social support significantly and negatively predicted deviant behavior; (2) interpersonal needs mediated the association between perceived social support and deviant behavior; and (3) a moderated mediating role of perceived social support influencing deviant behavior was established, with meaning in life regulating both the direct and the first half paths of the model.
Graphene oxide (GO) has shown significant potential in humidity sensing. It is well accepted that the oxygen-containing functional groups in GO significantly influence its humidity sensing performance. However, the relationship between the content of these groups and the humidity sensing capability of GO-based sensors remains unclear.

Here, the involvement of , a gene encoding 4-hydroxy-3-methylbut-2-enyl diphosphate reductase that participates in the final step of the plastid methylerythritol phosphate (MEP) pathway, in plant HR cell death was studied. In plants, silencing of the gene using virus-induced gene silencing (VIGS) caused plant growth retardation and albino leaves with severely malformed chloroplasts.

Adsorbents, especially those with high removal efficiency, long life, and multi-purpose capabilities, are the most crucial components in an adsorption system. By taking advantage of the liquid-like mobility and crystal-like ordering of liquid crystal materials, a liquid crystal induction method is developed and applied to construct three-dimensional graphene-based adsorbents featuring excellent shape adaptability, a distinctive pore structure, and abundant surface functional groups. When the monoliths are used for water restoration, the large amount of residual oxygen-containing groups is more susceptible to electrophilic attack, thus contributing to cation adsorption (up to 705.

Herein, novel linear polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS)-epoxy nano-modifiers are synthesized with variable contents of POSS. The thermomechanical properties and chemical structure study of the POSS-epoxy indicates significant differences of the rigid POSS content in the linear nano-modifiers.

However, its use is greatly limited by its poor mechanical properties, low processability and recyclability, and the low dispersity of such powder materials. In this work, a porous adsorbent (C-CMP) containing cellulose nanocrystals (CNC), TiCT MXene and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) was prepared by a simple and environmentally-friendly foaming method.

We adopted the Small Baseline Subset InSAR (SBAS-InSAR) technique to process Sentinel-1A SAR images over the research area from March 2017 to May 2021. The deformation estimation technology based on the robustness of PS points and DS points can be used for early identification of high-density surface subsidence in a large area of mines.

The metabolic process of the human body produces a large number of gaseous biomarkers. The tracking and monitoring of certain diseases can be achieved through the detection of these markers. Due to the superior specific surface area, large functional groups, good optical transparency, conductivity and interlayer spacing, graphene, and its derivatives are widely used in gas sensing.

The effects of the freeze-thaw process and the addition of honey and allantoin on the swelling, the gel content and the mechanical properties of the samples were evaluated. The physicochemical properties of the samples, with and without the freeze-thaw process, were compared using FTIR, DSC and XRD.

A great number of drugs administered in eye drops to treat dry eye are poorly soluble in water and are rapidly eliminated from the ocular surface, which limits their therapeutic effects. Therefore, it is imperative to design a novel drug delivery system that not only improves the water solubility of the drug but also prolongs its retention time on the ocular surface.

Method: We conducted a retrospective cohort study of 14,254 infertile patients who had received IVF-ET at Peking University Third Hospital in 2017.
The successful use of electrochemiluminescence (ECL) in immunoassay for clinical diagnosis requires development of novel ECL signal probes. Herein, we report lanthanide (Ln) metal-organic frameworks (LMOFs) as ECL signal emitters in the ECL immunoassay. The LMOFs were prepared from precursors containing Eu (III) ions and 5-boronoisophthalic acid (5-bop), which could be utilized to adjust optical properties.
