Adult renal neuroblastoma is a rare condition, and a few cases have been previously described in the literature. Its prognosis is variable and the treatment suffer the lack of specific guidelines due to the low incidence. We report a case of adult renal neuroblastoma managed with nephrectomy and adjuvant chemotherapy.
