We analyzed the association of the level of mRNA expression of the main endocytosis receptor LRP1 and actin-binding proteins (ezrin, profilin-1, cofilin-1, and adenylyl cyclase-associated protein 1) with the development and metastasis of laryngeal and laryngopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma. The mRNA expression was evaluated in paired tissue samples using quantitative reverse transcription real-time PCR (RT-qPCR) and SYBR Green reagents. The study included 38 patients with stage T1-4N0-1M0 laryngeal and laryngopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma and 10 patients with chronic hyperplastic laryngitis or grade II-III epithelial dysplasia.

Introduction: The paper presents the results of studying the role of interleukins 4 and 6 in the pathogenesis of periodontal tissue diseases, specifically, in periodontitis, gingivitis and alveolitis.

The Aim: To study the nature of participation of IL-4 and IL-6 in the mechanisms of development of periodontitis, gingivitis and alveolitis.

Materials And Methods: Studies were carried out on 80 nonlinear male rats with a body weight of 200.

In the article we studied the level of general immunoglobulin E in rats of different age with atopic dermatitis. On the basis of the obtained results characteristics are given of levels the general IgE in rats of different age and it’s increasing with age. In rats which had been experimentally reproduced atopic dermatitis the average value of general IgE was increased in prepubertal rats, mature and old animals significantly (р<0,001).

We studied indicators of systemic and local immunity in rats with allergic dermatitis (Ig A, E, G, M, CIC, CD3, CD4, CD8, SD 19, SD56). In rats with allergic dermatitis on the local level, the most active is humoral immunity. One of the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis is an increased content of circulating immune complexes in the blood and decreased T-helper in a total amount of T- lymphocytes.

The objective of the present study was to enhance the effectiveness of vocal rehabilitation and to improve the quality of life in the patients presenting with laryngeal cancer after organ-preserving surgical interventions. The study included 98 patients presenting with stage II-III laryngeal cancer who underwent organ-preserving surgery and postoperative vocal rehabilitation. The comprehensive approach to the restoration of the vocal function has been developed and clinically applied that includes rational psychotherapy, respiratory gymnastics for the correction of physiological and phonation breathing, activation of the neuromuscular apparatus of the external and the residual internal larynx and neck muscles , coordination of the vocal apparatus at the expense of compensation of the remaining part of the larynx taking advantage of the biological feedback mechanism based on the results of mathematical simulation.
