Poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) has been widely studied as an electrolyte owing to its excellent lithium compatibility and good film-forming properties. However, its electrochemical performance at room temperature remains a significant challenge due to its low ionic conductivity, narrow electrochemical window, and continuous decomposition. Herein, we prepare a multifunctional polar polymer to optimize PEO's electrochemical properties and cycling stability.

Dual-ion electrochemical energy storage devices have attracted much attention due to their cost effectiveness and high operating voltage. Electrochemical properties such as the specific capacity of dual-ion energy storage devices are closely related to ion migration. However, the ion migration of dual-ion energy storage devices is slow, especially the cation migration, resulting in limited discharge capacity and poor rate performance.

Combining super-resolution localization microscopy with pathology creates new opportunities for biomedical researches. This combination requires a suitable image mosaic method for generating a panoramic image from many overlapping super-resolution images. However, current image mosaic methods are not suitable for this purpose.

A tandem 1,1-dimethyltrifluoroethylation and cyclization of isonitriles with 3,3,3-trifluoro-2,2-dimethylpropanoic acid was developed. This protocol provides the efficient synthesis of a series of previously unknown CMeCF-containing heteroarenes, which are potentially useful in the drug discovery process.
