In this study, we investigated the effects of hypoxia-related genes on tumor progress to characterize the tumor hypoxic microenvironment.
Methods: We retrieved a set of hypoxia-related genes from the Molecular Signatures Database and evaluated their prognostic value for cervical cancer.
