Objectives: to identify professors' leadership styles and personal values.
Methods: a quantitative, descriptive-exploratory study. Population was made up of professors in doctoral category 1 at a public university in the state of São Paulo.
Background: The Nurses Professional Values Scale-3 (NPVS-3) is a psychometric instrument derived from a set of values initially established by the American Nurses Association (ANA) Code of Ethics. The present study evaluates the reliability of the NPVS-3 scale for nursing students and nurses in Austria.
Methods: A cross-sectional methodological study was conducted on 209 research participants, comprising 139 nursing students and 70 nurses, with the objective of determining the reliability of the Austrian version of the scale.

Translation followed the steps: translation, back-translation, Internal consistency was verified using Cronbach's alpha coefficient and construct validity, by confirmatory factor analysis for the NPVS-3 three-domain model.

The last two oral class medications, gliflozins and gliptins, have different mechanisms of action but have never been compared in long run studies. While aging brings a high cost to health and demographic pyramid changes, so does the disease. As aging is a biological process and many diseases develop at this time of life, the aged are the fastest growing segment of the Brazilian population due to the natural susceptibility of the organism.
