- * The new CoO/MXene compound was effective as a peroxymonosulfate (PMS) activator, successfully degrading nearly 100% of the antibiotic ornidazole (ONZ) within 10 minutes under optimal conditions.
- * The CoO/MXene + PMS system showed strong performance in natural water with a wide pH range (4-11), and we identified 12 ONZ degradation intermediates and proposed a possible degradation mechanism using radical quenching and EPR spectroscopy.
