Multimodal ultrasound assessment of the injection therapy in lateral epicondylitis: a retrospective observational study.

Background: At present, there is a dearth of objective methodologies for assessing the effectiveness of treatments for Lateral Epicondylitis (LE). This study examined 73 patients suffering from tennis elbow using a multimodal ultrasound approach and investigated the correlation between pertinent indicators and clinical scores.

Methods: 73 patients diagnosed with unilateral tennis elbow by interventional ultrasound at Zhejiang Rongjun Hospital were included in the study.

Allogeneic bone-marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) can promote bone regeneration and substitute for autologous BMSCs if autologous sources are unavailable, but the efficacy of bone regeneration by allogeneic BMSCs is still inconsistent. A Lewis rat cranium defect model was used to investigate the efficacy of bone regeneration between autologous and allogeneic BMSCs in gelatin-nanohydroxyapatite cryogel scaffolds. BMSCs from Wistar rats served as the allogeneic cell lineage.

Management of intractable post-adrenalectomy chylous ascites with microsurgical intra-abdominal lymphaticovenous anastomosis: A case report and literature review.

Postoperative chylous ascites is a rare but highly morbid complication following thoracic or abdominal surgeries. Treatment options vary according to different clinical scenarios and facility equipment, but there is no standard guideline. We report a case of 46-year-old patient with chylous ascites after left laparoscopic adrenalectomy for metastatic lung cancer.
