Considering South Korea's increasing duck production and its strategic location along the East Asian-Australasian Flyway, this study aimed to assess the presence of DTMUV in South Korea to evaluate potential risks to the poultry industry. We performed a comprehensive serological survey of 1796 serum samples from broiler and breeder ducks collected between 2011 and 2023, alongside molecular detection tests on 51 duck flocks exhibiting suspected clinical signs of DTMUV infection.

The purpose of this case report is to highlight the possibility of breast metastases in patients with colorectal cancer and emphasize the importance of careful evaluation and follow-up as well as timely and accurate diagnosis and management of the metastatic disease. During the physical examination in 2021, we noted that the lower border of the mass was 9 cm from the anal verge and that it occupied approximately one-third of the intestinal lumen.

Patients And Methods: In December 2021, a national cross-sectional survey was conducted from 62 urban communities in China, and all PHPs were invited to complete a standardized questionnaire. Information on demographic, health-related lifestyle, cardiovascular risk factors and physical health status, occupational stress and intention-to-leave was collected.
The Diverse Life-Course Cohort (DLCC) is a large-scale prospective study including around 130,000 participants in mainland China. The primary aims of DLCC include contributing to knowledge on noncommunicable chronic disease determinants, particularly cardiometabolic diseases, and exploring the long-term effect of ambient air pollutants or other environmental risk factors on health among all-age populations. The cohort consists of several sub-populations that cover the whole life-course and diverse resources: from premarital to adolescents, adults from workplace and communities ranged from 18 to 93 years old.

Methods: The cross-sectional data on 9699 participants aged 20 to 80 years were collected from the China National Health Survey in Gansu and Hebei provinces in 2016 to 2017, and they were nonrandomly split into the training set and validation set based on location. Multivariable logistic regression analysis was performed to develop the diagnostic prediction model, which was presented as a nomogram and a website with risk classification.
Alcohol intake and excess adiposity are associated with serum uric acid (SUA), but their interaction effect on hyperuricemia (HUA) remains unclear. Using data from the China National Health Survey (CNHS) (2012-2017), we analyzed the additive interaction of beer, spirits intake, excess adiposity [measured by body mass index (BMI), body fat percentage (BFP), and visceral fat index (VFI)] with HUA among male participants aged 20-80 from mainland China. The relative excess risk due to interaction (RERI), the attributable proportion due to interaction (AP), and the synergy index (SI) were calculated to assess the interaction effect on the additive scale.
