The nature of the anomalous metal state has been a major puzzle in condensed matter physics for more than three decades. Here, we report systematic investigation and modulation of the anomalous metal states in high-temperature interface superconductor FeSe films on SrTiO_{3} substrate. Remarkably, under zero magnetic field, the anomalous metal state persists up to 20 K in pristine FeSe films, an exceptionally high temperature standing out from previous observations.

The availability and configurations of separators are determining factors for the economic feasibility, efficiency, sustainability, and operability of these devices. Thus, the concomitant advances between the separators and pilot-scale MFC configurations deserve further clarification.

The pathophysiologic basis of the ERS is currently uncertain. The objective of the present study was to examine the electrophysiological mechanism of ERS utilizing induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing.

Ofloxacin is one kind of quinolone antibiotic drugs, the abuse of ofloxacin in livestock and aquaculture may bring bacterial resistance and healthy problem of people. The illegally feeding cattle with ofloxacin will help it keep health, but the sedimentation of ofloxacin could bring problem in food safety. The accurate, simple and instant monitoring ofloxacin from beef by portable sensor was of vital issue in food quality.

In addition to raising the risk of drilling, bentonite's poor performance also raises the possibility of safety incidents and significant financial losses. Organically modified bentonites effectively reduce the consumption of drilling fluids, conserve resources, and lessen environmental effects.

Consequently, electroactive biofilms exhibit pseudocapacitive behaviors during substrate degradation processes. However, comprehensive systematic research in this area has been lacking.

Recent studies suggest that the involvement of 2-oxoglutarate (2-OG) dependent dioxygenases in DDRs may be associated with chemoresistance in malignancy, but how 2-OG impacts DDRs in CCA chemotherapy remains elusive. We examined serum 2-OG levels in CCA patients before receiving chemotherapy.

Despite considerable attention, the superconducting pairing symmetry of the nickelate superconductors, the fundamental characteristic of a superconducting state, is still under debate. Moreover, the strong electronic correlation in the nickelates may give rise to a rich phase diagram, where the underlying interplay between the superconductivity and other emerging quantum states with broken symmetry is awaiting exploration.

Background: The increased risk of cardiovascular events in patients prescribed macrolides has been subject to debate for decades.
Methods: Medline, EMBASE databases and ClinicalTrials.gov were searched from inception until August 31, 2022 for studies investigating the link between macrolides and cardiovascular risk.
Aquaporins are water channel proteins that play an essential role in plant growth and development. Despite extensive functional characterization of aquaporins in model plants such as Arabidopsis, their contributions to abiotic stress tolerance in non-model plants are still poorly understood. As a close relative of Arabidopsis thaliana, Eutrema salsugineum is an excellent model for studying salt tolerance.

Inhalational maintenance of anesthesia is a risk factor for ED in pediatric patients, but its impact in adults is undefined. This meta-analysis compares the incidence of ED between inhalational and propofol-based intravenous maintenance of anesthesia.

Objective: This study aimed to explore the protumorigenic role and downstream signaling axis of METTL3 in TC.
Methods: This study was conducted at the Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hospital Sun Yat-Sen University.
Background: To investigate the predictive value of blood ammonia (BLA) quantification in the prognosis of acute liver failure (ALF).
Methods: Seventy-one patients with ALF were enrolled and BLA concentration was measured in all patients. After following up for 28 days, patients were divided into two groups: the surviving group (n = 21) and the deceased group (n = 50).
To describe the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of patients with Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in Beijing. To analyze the application of corticosteroids in patients with severe pneumonia. We collected information on demographic characteristics, exposure history, clinical characteristics, corticosteroids use, and outcomes of the 65 confirmed cases of COVID-19 at Fifth Medical Center of PLA General Hospital from Jan 20 to Feb 23, 2020.

The whole-genome sequencing data indicate that about 20% of patients with CCA have isocitrate dehydrogenase 1 (IDH1) mutations, which have been suggested to target 2-oxoglutarate (OG)-dependent dioxygenases in promoting CCA carcinogenesis. However, the clinical study indicates that patients with CCA and mutant IDH1 have better prognosis than those with wild-type IDH1, further complicating the roles of 2-OG-dependent enzymes.
