To improve the level of modern hospital management and establish a scientific and effective medical equipment maintenance guarantee system, this paper proposes the construction of a dynamic interactive fault repair knowledge base system for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) equipment based on knowledge graph technology. This innovative application of intelligent management for large medical equipment involves collecting and organizing actual maintenance data. The paper constructs the medical equipment maintenance knowledge base, with MRI equipment as a case study, and initially implements functions such as fault information retrieval, technical guidance, and training and learning for MRI equipment.

Objective: To optimize the maintenance quality management of MRI equipment and ensure the quality and safety of its clinical use.

Methods: The data of failure time and repair time of a MRI equipment in three years were collected by magnetic resonance repair report system, and then the reliability, availability and maintainability(RAM) were studied and analyzed.

Results: The results of reliability analysis showed that the communication module was the key subsystem of the MRI equipment.

In order to evaluate the quality of different brands of magnetic resonance imaging system, optimize the quality of equipment repair and maintenance, and ensure the quality and safety of the equipment in clinical use. Meanwhile build the reliability evaluation model of magnetic resonance imaging equipment based on the large failure data collected by magnetic resonance repair system. In this paper, using the fault data of a certain brand of magnetic resonance in the past two years, applying the statistical judgment criterion, selecting the appropriate statistical distribution model, and finally fitting the equipment reliability evaluation model based on the non-homogeneous Poisson process, and then obtaining the magnetic resonance imaging equipment.

Objective: Based on the Magphan phantom,a baseline value of low contrast resolution was established,and the stability of the imaging performance of the system was monitored.Drift and correction were found in time to give full play to the performance of the device.

Methods: The general test evaluation method for low-contrast resolution was not suitable for the characteristics of long-term monitoring equipment performance changes,and the test evaluation of low-contrast resolution that incorporates the -test method in statistical principle was proposed.
