Associations between the HLA-A/B/DRB1 polymorphisms and aplastic anemia: evidence from 17 case-control studies.

Objective: To estimate the associations between HLA-A/B/DRB1 polymorphisms and aplastic anemia (AA), we carried out the meta-analysis.

Methods: In this meta-analysis, all publications in English and Chinese were considered up to 30 September 2015. The electronic databases we searched were Pubmed, Science Direct, Embase, Web of Science, CNKI, Wanfang Data and VIP.

Antiangiogenic drugs used with chemotherapy for patients with recurrent ovarian cancer: a meta-analysis.

Objective: The value of antiangiogenic inhibitors for patients with recurrent ovarian cancer has not been completely affirmed. Therefore, we aimed to assess the effectiveness and toxicities of various antiangiogenic drugs for the treatment of recurrent ovarian cancer.

Methods: In this meta-analysis, we searched PubMed, EMBASE, and the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials databases for complete randomized controlled trials.
