COVID-19 pandemic can be regarded as a game changer, it has changed the way people work or live. How has the telecommuter's psychology changed under coronavirus? Accordingly, this study contributes to clarify the relationships among telecommuter's organizational citizenship behavior, happiness, work-family conflict, and job performance under COVID-19.
