Low-noise stable lasers have broad applications in metrology, spectroscopy, communication, and quantum physics. Here we demonstrate locking a semiconductor laser to an on-chip silicon nitride Mach-Zehnder interferometer (MZI) using the Pound-Drever-Hall (PDH) stabilization technology. After locking, the frequency noise of the laser is suppressed by up to 37 dB, and the relative stability reaches 3 10 at a gate time of 1 ms, showing an order of magnitude improvement compared to a free-running operation.

It particularly focuses on integrating radiomics features, including the erector spinae and whole-lung imaging features, to enhance the accuracy and stability of prognostic predictions.
Materials And Methods: The study included 37 NSCLC patients diagnosed and surgically treated at the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from January 2020 to December 2021.
This study investigated the effects of resveratrol (RSV) on redox status, jejunal injury, and mitochondrial function in intrauterine growth-retarded (IUGR) weaned piglets. In total, 12 male normal birth weight (NBW) newborn piglets and 24 male IUGR newborn piglets were selected. They were weaned at 26 days of age and then divided into three treatments in a three-week trial: (1) NBW piglets fed a basal diet; (2) IUGR piglets fed a basal diet; (3) IUGR piglets fed a basal diet supplemented with 300 mg/kg RSV.

Methods: Clinical data of 92 patients with suspected PE, admitted to Hangzhou TCM Hospital affiliated with Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from July 2021 to June 2023, were retrospectively analyzed. According to hemodynamic status, patients were divided into the high-risk (n=28) and the medium-to-low-risk groups (n=64).
Background: Myocardial ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury is a common pathophysiological change after myocardial reperfusion therapy. Recent research confirmed that long non-coding RNA (IncRNAs) played an important role in many cardiovascular diseases. This study was carried out to explore the role of lncRNA XR008038 in the I/R progression.

This study aimed to investigate the efficacy and safety of indobufen-based DAPT in patients with MVD.
Methods: Patients in the OPTION trial were stratified based on the presence of MVD.
Intervertebral disc degeneration (IVDD) is an age-related orthopedic degenerative disease characterized by recurrent episodes of lower back pain, and death of nucleus pulposus cells (NPCs) has been identified as a key factor in the pathophysiological process of IVDD episodes. Recent studies have shown that " PANapoptosis ", a newly characterized form of cell death, has emerged as an important factor contributing to the development of several diseases. However, studies on the specific mechanisms of its role in the development of IVDD are lacking.

Methods: We conducted a retrospective cohort study on RAPN at Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University. Between September 2020 and February 2024, the included patients underwent either transperitoneal approach or retroperitoneal approach.
Herein, the ultrasound-assisted extraction conditions affecting the yield of EUPS ( polysaccharide) were analyzed using a Box-Behnken response surface design. The alleviation effect of EUPS on diquat-induced oxidative stress in mice was also studied. A maximum EUPS yield of 2.

This study aimed to identify key biomarkers of IVDD and its causes.
Methods: We acquired three gene expression profiles from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database, GSE56081, GSE124272, and GSE153761, and used limma fast differential analysis to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between normal and IVDD samples after removing batch effects.
Intervertebral disc degeneration (IVDD) is a prevalent orthopedic condition with lower back pain as the predominant clinical presentation that challenges clinical treatment with few therapeutic options. Duhuo Jisheng Decoction (DHJSD) has been proven effective in the therapy of IVDD, but the precise underlying mechanisms remain not fully elucidated. The current study was designed to test our hypothesis that DHJSD may systematically correct the phenotypic disruption of the gut microbiota and changes in the serum metabolome linked to IVDD.

For better decisions in social interactions, humans often must understand the thinking of others and predict their actions. Since such predictions are uncertain, multiple predictions may be necessary for better decision-making. However, the neural processes and computations underlying such social decision-making remain unclear.

Zeolite-mediated catalytic cracking of alkanes is pivotal in the petrochemical and refining industry, breaking down heavier hydrocarbon feedstocks into fuels and chemicals. Its relevance also extends to emerging technologies such as biomass and plastic valorization. Zeolite catalysts, with shape selectivity and selective adsorption capabilities, enhance efficiency and sustainability due to their well-defined network of pores, dimensionality, cages/cavities, and channels.

Multiple droplets of W/O/W emulsions stabilized with zein-apple pectin hybrid nanoparticles (ZAHPs) acted as the inner "egg," whereas a three-dimensional network of poly-L-lysine (PLL)-alginate-CaCl (Ca) crosslinked gel layers served as the outermost "box." ZAHPs with a mass ratio of 2:1 zein-to-apple pectin showed excellent wettability (three-phase contact angle = 89.

The oxygen content and types of functional groups on CNT surfaces significantly influence dispersion, assembly processes, and fiber properties. In this study, Tuball-SWCNTs were purified and oxidized at varying levels.

Serious outcomes of non-healing in the late stages of fracture place a significant financial burden on society and families. Bone nonunion occurs when a fracture stops healing, for many reasons, and leads to a variety of bad outcomes.

A total of 180 pairs of White King parent pigeons approximately 10 mo old were randomly assigned to 5 groups with 6 replications of 6 pairs of parental pigeons each, and were fed with 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18% CP diets for 46 d, respectively. Dietary increasing CP levels increased final body weight (linear and quadratic, P < 0.

While adaptation fine-tuning methods have shown promising results, a clearer explanation of their mechanisms and further inhibition of the transmission of information is needed. To address this, we propose an Inhibition Adaptation (InA) fine-tuning method that aims to reduce the number of added tunable weights and appropriately reweight knowledge derived from pre-trained LMs.

However, the critical molecular mechanisms affecting this homeostasis are not well understood, and it is essential to investigate the specific components of this mechanism and to restore the balance between osteoblasts and osteoclasts to promote bone repair. First, we defined this complex local environmental factor as the "bone nonunion microenvironment" and identified the importance of the "struggle" between osteoblasts and osteoclasts, which is the most essential element in determining the process of .

However, it is still challenging to disentangle the stepwise formation mechanism of CHOH at working conditions and selectively convert CO to hydrocarbon chemicals with narrow distribution. Here, we investigate the reaction network of the hydrogenation of CO to methanol over a series of spinel oxides (ABO), among which the Zn-based nanostructures offer superior performance in methanol synthesis.
