Introduction And Hypothesis: Various treatment options are currently available for the management of stress urinary incontinence (SUI). This study was aimed at determining the effectiveness and safety profile of Bulkamid, and identify predictive factors of clinical success.
Methods: This retrospective study conducted in two French urogynecology university centers between September 2019 and December 2023 included all patients with urinary incontinence who received Bulkamid.
rVSVΔG-ZEBOV-GP and Ad26.ZEBOV, MVA-BN-Filo are WHO-prequalified vaccination regimens against Ebola virus disease (EVD). Challenges associated with measuring long-term clinical protection warrant the evaluation of immune response kinetics after vaccination.

KLEPTOSE CRYSMEB methylated cyclodextrin derivative displays less methylated group substitution than randomly methylated cyclodextrin. It has demonstrated an impact on atherosclerosis and neurological diseases, linked in part to cholesterol complexation and immune response, however, its impact on inflammatory cascade pathways is not clear. Thus, the impact of KLEPTOSE CRYSMEB on various pharmacological targets was assessed using human umbilical vein endothelial cells under physiological and inflammatory conditions, followed by screening against twelve human primary cell-based systems designed to model complex human tissue and disease biology of the vasculature, skin, lung, and inflammatory tissues using the BioMAP Diversity PLUS panel.

Background: The association between the pattern of cortical thickness (CT) and executive dysfunction (ED) in mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and subjective cognitive complaints (SCC) is still poorly understood. We aimed to investigate the association between CT and ED in a large French cohort (MEMENTO) of 2323 participants with MCI or SCC.
Methods: All participants with available CT and executive function data (verbal fluency and Trail Making Test [TMT]) were selected (n=1924).

Objective(s): Management and localisation strategies to remove nonpalpable contraceptive implants may be difficult. We aimed to evaluate our imaging modalities to identify deep implant and patient outcomes related to removal.
Study Design: In this retrospective study, we reviewed all cases referred to our specialised centre for nonpalpable contraceptive implants from January 2018 to August 2022.
Purpose: Data published in the literature concerning the doses received by fetuses exposed to a 18 F-FDG PET are reassuring but were obtained from small and heterogeneous cohorts, and very few data are available concerning the fetal dose received after exposure to both PET and CT. The present study aimed to estimate the fetal dose received following a PET/CT exposure using methods that include anthropomorphic phantoms of pregnant women applied on a large cohort.
Patients And Methods: This retrospective multicenter study included 18 pregnant patients in the second and third trimesters.
Background And Objectives: Elevated levels of Alzheimer disease (AD) blood-based biomarkers are associated with accelerated cognitive decline. However, their distinct relationships with specific cognitive and functional domains require further investigation. We aimed at estimating the associations between AD blood-based biomarkers and the trajectories of distinct cognitive and functional domains over a 5-year follow-up period.

Objective: Sacrospinous fixation is the gold standard procedure for management of apical pelvic organ prolapse by the vaginal route. However, there may be a relevant risk of neurovascular injury due to the proximity of neurovascular structures. We propose an anatomical study concerning the sacrospinous ligament with a new innovative minimally invasive technology using both a suture capturing device and a chip-on-the-tip endoscope to perform sacropinous fixation.

Objective(s): Many patients with Essure® implant may experience adverse events related to the device. Although local inflammation does not appear to be the pathophysiological mechanism underlying the symptoms, systemic inflammation could play a role. In the present study, as cytokines are involved in the inflammatory process, we proposed to investigate the profile of circulating and peritoneal cytokines.

Because a limited number of factors have been explored to date, our aim was to assess the proportion of the variance in fluid biomarker levels explained by the clinical features of AD and by a large number of non-AD-related factors.
Methods: MEMENTO enrolled 2,323 individuals with cognitive complaints or mild cognitive impairment in 26 French memory clinics.

Purpose: The long-acting reversible contraception progestin subdermal implant (ENG implant) may be effective to improve endometriosis-related symptoms. Since adenomyosis is a histopathological form of endometriosis, we aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of ENG implant in adenomyosis management.
Materials And Methods: Electronic search in Medline, Scopus, Embase databases and Google Scholar using combinations of the following keywords: Progestin; subdermal implant; Implanon; Nexplanon; Adenomyosis; Endometriosis.
To explore to which extent neurodegeneration and cerebral small vessel disease (SVD) could mediate the association between type-2 diabetes and higher dementia risk. The analytical sample consisted in 2228 participants, out of the Three-City study, aged 65 and older, free of dementia at baseline who underwent brain MRI. Diabetes was defined by medication intake or fasting or non-fasting elevated glucose levels.

This study examines the correlates of cognitive complaint trajectories over a 5-year period in individuals who shared similar objective cognitive trajectories.
Methods: We analyzed a subsample (n = 1748) of the MEMENTO cohort, consisting of individuals with subjective cognitive decline or mild cognitive impairment at baseline.
