Starch is an important resource in nature, and HHP (high hydrostatic pressure) is one of the most important physical modification technologies. In this study, molecular dynamics simulation was used to explore the interchain interaction and the changes of molecule conformations of amylopectin and double-amylose helix at atomic level in different pressure. The results shown that, firstly, high pressure increased the content of 4C1 chair conformation, decreased the RMSD (root mean square deviations) and RMSF (root mean square fluctuation), made molecules more stable.

To examine the effects of solar radiation on ecosystem carbon dynamics in an alpine meadow, the net ecosystem CO exchange (NEE), solar radiation, diffuse radiation, and related environmental variables were measured using eddy-covariance technique and micro-meteorological system. Sky conditions were divided into three categories of clear days (CI≥0.

Aim: To investigate the diagnostic capability of breath-hold diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) for differentiation between malignant and benign hepatic lesions.
Methods: A total of 614 malignant liver lesions (132 hepatocellular carcinomas, 468 metastases and 14 intrahepatic cholangiocarcinomas) and 291 benign liver lesions (102 hemangiomas, 158 cysts, 24 focal nodular hyperplasia, 1 angiomyolipoma and 6 hepatic adenomas) were included from seven studies (eight sets of data).
Results: The pooled sensitivity and specificity of breath-hold DWI were 0.

Compared with open surgery, percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy (PTED) for lumbar disc herniation (LDH) has advantages of minamilly invasive, little impact on stability of spine and rapid recovery. However, PTED by transforaminal approach has relatively limited indications and can not completely replace open surgery, due to different location of migrated herniated fragment, the level of pathological segment or presence of a high iliac crest. Development of new approach and ancillary equipment have become the focus and future direction of PTED.

Methods: Twelve old healthy volunteers were treated by standardized abdominal acupuncture with invigorating the kidney and nourishing marrow method and Zhongwan (CV 12), Xiawan (CV 10), Qihai (CV 6), Guanyuan (CV 4), Qixue (KI 13), Shangqu (KI 17) and Huaroumen (ST 24) were selected. They were examined by using resting-state fMRI before and after treatment of abdominal acupuncture and the brain functional connectivities were analyzed based on bilateral hippocampus chosen as seed points.
Objective: To investigate the basis of distinctive function of acupoint through observing the effects of acupuncture at the areas of acupoint and non-acupoint on functional connectivity of different brain regions.
Methods: Twenty-one healthy volunteers were randomly divided into two groups: 12 cases in the acupoint group and 9 cases in the non-acupoints group. Bilateral Zusanli (ST 36) and its lateral 3-4 mm were punctured with twirling manipulation in the acupoint group and the non-acupoints group respectively.
Objectives: To introduce the method and experience of three-piece inflatable penile prosthesis for treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED).
Methods: Both AMS700CX/CXM and MENTOR ALPHA I three-piece inflatable prosthesis were used for 48 cases of ED.
Results: There were no rejection, mechanical problems, urethral injury and penile skin necrosis after surgery.
