In recent years, molecular-based ferroelectric materials have attracted widespread research interest due to their excellent performance. Among them, host-guest-type crown ether inclusion compounds composed of organic ammonium cations, crown ether molecules and corresponding anions have become a star component in the design of molecular-based ferroelectric materials because they are prone to order-disorder phase transitions. Many anions have been studied extensively as counter-ions, such as bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)amidate (TFSA), PF and [FeCl].

Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of TNHH in healthy volunteers and thereby determine the dose range for future clinical studies.
Methods: This randomized, placebo-controlled study was a single ascending dose design with dose levels of 0.
The rational selection of ligands is vitally important in the construction of new organic-inorganic hybrid three-dimensional perovskite complexes. As part of an exploration of perovskite-type materials, two new Na-I compounds based on the piperazine ligand, namely poly[piperazinediium [tri-μ-iodido-sodium]], {(CHN)[NaI]}, 1, and catena-poly[tris(piperazinediium) [[triiodidosodium]-μ-iodido] triiodide monohydrate], {(CHN)[NaI]I·HO}, 2, have been synthesized by adjusting the stoichiometric ratio of sodium iodide and piperazine, and were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In the crystal structures of 1 and 2, each Na cation is linked to six I atoms, but the compounds show completely different configurations.

The expression of biofilm-formation-related genes was detected to establish correlations between genotype and phenotype. Different concentrations of N and P were added to make one control group and four treatment groups.
