Covalent organic frameworks (COFs) can be rationally designed with functional organic ligands to improve the electrochemical responsiveness of the electrode toward certain medicinal compounds. In this study, we synthesized a COF-Ni electrocatalyst material, which is formed by covalent coupling of electron-rich 2,3,6,7-tetrakis (4-formylphenyl) tetrakis (4-imidazolyl) (TTF-4CHO) and hole-rich 5,10,15,20-tetrakis (4-aminophenyl) porphyrin nickel(II) (TAPP-Ni). The reasonable electron transfer path design, the large specific surface area of the COF and the physical properties of ordered nanopores, as well as the Ni-N bond as a highly active catalytic center, allow the COF-Ni material modified electrode to exhibit excellent sensing performance for acetaminophen (ACOP).

To explore the role of in the synthesis of strawberry anthocyanins, in this study, we downloaded the CDS sequences of the gene family from the genome database TAIR; the DFR family of forest strawberry was compared; then, a functional domain screen was performed using NCBI; the selected strawberry DFR genes were analyzed; and the expression characteristics of the family members were studied by qRT-PCR. The results showed that there are 57 members of the DFR gene family in strawberry, which are mainly expressed in the cytoplasm and chloroplast; most of them are hydrophilic proteins; and the secondary structure of the protein is mainly composed of α-helices and random coils.

Methods: In this long-term follow-up study, we analysed the outcomes of very early ERT with premedication hydrocortisone in patients with IOPD.

Methods: Thirty-five male SD rats were randomly divided into a control group (=10), a model group (=18) and a guanethidine group (=7). 5% dextran sulfate sodium (DSS) was adopted for 6-day free drinking to establish colitis model in the model group and the guanethidine group.
Objective: This study aims to explore the effect of integrating routine treatment with Tai Chi Chuan (TCC) intervention on the clinical symptom of patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) from clinical and neurological perspectives.
