Gas-water distribution is significant in the determination of hydrocarbon accumulation mechanisms in gas reservoirs, especially for the exploitation of tight sandstone reservoirs. One of such examples are the gas reservoirs in the Yishan Slope in China, where the internal relationship between gas-water distribution is poorly understood. The pattern and controlling factors for gas-water distribution in tight sandstones gas reservoirs in the Yishan Slope have been examined from macro (such as sedimentary and anticlinal structures) and micro (such as pore throat size, heterogeneity) perspectives, using data from rock eval pyrolysis, sedimentary structure, sediment diagenesis, gas migration, mercury injection experiments, and well logs.

In this study, we examine the literature on Mendelian cancer, summarize the status of the research, and analyze the development trends in the field.
Methods: Publications on "Mendelian Randomization - Cancer" were retrieved and downloaded from the Web of Science Core Collection database.
Background: Triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a deadly subtype of breast cancer with limited treatment options. Currently, programmed death 1 (PD-1)/programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1) inhibitors have become the first choice for breast cancer immunotherapies. Despite paclitaxel being considered a cornerstone drug in breast cancer treatment, the effectiveness, safety, and optimal drug selection for its combination with PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors remain uncertain.

Organic photoelectrochemical transistor (OPECT) sensors are of growing interest in many fields, but their potential has not yet been widely exploited and remains a challenge. In this study, a novel organic photoelectrochemical transistor aptamer (OPECT) biosensor combining photoelectrochemical analysis and organic electrochemical transistor with AgI-TiO (AgI-TNs) as photoreactive material and target-specific DNA chain reaction hybridization as signal amplifier for microcystin-LR detection was developed.

Hemorrhagic transformation (HT), particularly symptomatic intracerebral hemorrhage (sICH) following acute ischemic stroke (AIS) with or without intravenous thrombolysis (IVT), can lead to rapid neurological deterioration, poor prognosis, and even death. Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) has been identified as a risk factor for stroke occurrence and associated with poor long-term functional outcomes.

Lack of dependable biomarkers makes the clinical diagnosis and treatment of PHN difficult, so complicating the assessment of therapeutic efficacy. Blood metabolites are becoming more and more well known as significant disease markers.

OPECT is expected to be a powerful tool for disease detection and early warning. Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) are generally deemed to be the dominant factor of tumor metastasis, and 90 % of cancer patients die from this metastatic disease.

Increasing evidence points to a strong link between the gut microbiome (GM) and lipoma incidence. This study utilizes Mendelian Randomization (MR) to assess the potential causal relationships between the GM and lipoma development.

However, studies focusing specifically on the association between MASLD and thyroid cancer are relatively limited, and the conclusions drawn, thus, far remain inconclusive. In response, we conducted a meta-analysis of relevant cohort studies to clarify the association between MASLD and the risk of thyroid cancer.

This study endeavors to formulate two nomogram predictive models aimed at discerning patients at heightened risk of severe and fatal outcomes upon hospital admission. The primary objective is to enhance clinical management protocols and mitigate the incidence of severe illness and mortality associated with COVID-19.

Addressing infection, reducing oxidative stress, and safely managing chronic inflammation remain major challenges. In this study, a composite hydrogel dressing was developed using natural substances or clinically approved components (dopamine, D-alpha-tocopheryl polyethylene glycol succinate, and rhein).

When β increases within a certain range, the JDAPGBA will change from a single self-focusing to the first self-focusing from the inner ring and the second self-focusing from the outer ring, accompanied by the gradual increase of the focusing interval. As β increases, the self-focusing ability of the inner ring is initially weaker than that of the outer ring, and then the self-focusing ability of the inner ring increases.

Methods: We conducted a comprehensive search of databases including the Chinese Journal Full-text Database, Wanfang, PubMed, Web of Science, ScienceDirect, VIP Chinese Science, and Technology Journal Database, ProQuest, JSTOR, Wiley, and IEEE Xplore. Relevant randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on laparoscopic surgery for pediatric inguinal hernia were collected, and data were analyzed using Review Manager 5.
Background: Hemorrhagic transformation (HT) after intravenous thrombolysis (IVT) with rt-PA can precipitate rapid neurological deterioration, poor prognosis, and even death. The HALP score (hemoglobin, albumin, lymphocyte, and platelet) is a novel indicator developed to reflect both systemic inflammation and the nutritional status of patients. The goal of this study was to reveal the relationship between the HALP score and the risk of HT after IVT in people with acute ischemic stroke (AIS).

Therefore, how to detect rumors quickly, timely and accurately has become a hot topic for scholars in related fields. Traditional deep learning models ignore the relationship and topology between nodes in the rumor detection task and use fixed weights or mean aggregation strategies in the feature aggregation process, which fail to capture the complex interactions between nodes and the dynamics of information propagation, limiting the accuracy and robustness of the rumor detection model.
