This paper reports the case of 34-year-old woman who presented with bilateral renal angiomyolipomas (AMLs). On the right side, there was a large AML with a fatty thrombus extending to the right atrium. The treatment consisted of right nephrectomy and complete thrombectomy with extracorporeal circulation and right atriotomy.

Methods: We studied all patients who had histopathologically confirmed TCa treated in La Rabta University-Hospital between 1991 and 2010. Baseline demographic data included age at diagnosis, year of diagnosis, clinical symptoms, stage at diagnosis, histologic type, management strategies and survival were analyzed.
Aim: To evaluate the efficacy and side-effects of Polidocanol used as sclerosing agent for testicular hydrocele.
Methods: One hundred and ninety men, with a median age of 55,9 years (40-89), treated for idiopatic hydrocele were assessed. After puncture and aspiration, the empty sac was instilled with 3% Polidocanol.
Aim: To assess the clinical, radiological and therapeutic aspects of the female urethral diverticula through a series of 27 cases.
Methods: Twenty seven women, with a mean age of 36,2 years (range 22 to 62 years) presenting an urethral diverticula, were treated between 1990 and 2008. Clinical examination made diagnosis in all cases.
