Introduction: The financial difficulties encountered by Martinique hospitals has led to restructuring of the territory's medical project with the merger of three healthcare facilities. These new constraints impacting the work environment with organizational consequences in services.
Methods: A management experiment was attempted in a geriatric day care hospital based on the use of health promotion concepts.
The ageing of the population is resulting in a growth in chronic physical and/or psychological pathologies, including Alzheimer's disease which progresses relentlessly with age. Lamentin hospital in Martinique has created a memory outpatient clinic in order to accelerate awareness raising, training and diagnosis.

Exegesis: We report two cases of THPP in black patients.
Introduction: Side-effects of immunoglobulins administered via the intravenous route are usually minor. However, acute renal failure and more rarely thrombotic events, including ischemic stroke, have been reported in association with immunoglobulin infusion. To our knowledge, no case of both acute failure and stroke following immunoglobulin has been described until now.
